LLC “Oil & gas equipment factory” – is a stable, fast growing company, leading national producer of shut-off valves and pipeline fittings for the oil and gas industries.
Factory’s technologies allow producing parts: the rotation diameter up to 1000 mm and weight up to 1200 kg, rotation diameter of 3000 mm and a weight of up to 9500 kg.
We fill the orders of non-standard products based on Customer’s drawings.

Production of the factory is applied as lock-up devices on pipeline midstream transportation:
• for water, stream, oil and liquid non-aggressive oil products with temperature up to +425°С; (made of steel 20L, 20GML, 20 GSL)
• for natural gas with the temperature up to +120 °С;
• with the temperature up to +565 °С (body parts are made of steel 12H18N9TL (12X18Н9ТЛ);
• for water, stream, oil and liquid non-aggressive oil products with the temperature up to + 300 °С;
• for liquid ammonia and ammonia gas with temperature up to + 200 °С;

for ball valves:
• for oil and oil products with temperature up to +80 °С;
• for natural gas with the temperature up to + 80 °С;

The basic principles, that uses LLC “Oil & gas equipment factory” are — upgrading and modernization production capacities, usage of newest scientific and technical achievements.

The factory has a custom shop of machine tools with numerical program control (CNC), which is equipped with a full range of high-performance equipment from world leading manufacturers. Modern ideas, sophisticated technology and software are used to develop and design the products. In-house manufacture allows developing products in a quality manner and in a relatively short time.

Metalworking production possesses all kinds of metal-cutting equipment: turning and boring, drilling, milling. Cast house is fitted with electro slag installation of centrifugal casting. Technology of centrifugal electro slag casting makes it possible to manufacture products with high mechanical properties, equal to mechanical properties of rolled metal and forgings, and even exceeding them in low-temperature impact strength. Semi-automatic gas-shielded welding is used at the factory, it helps produce welding and overlaying welding of working surfaces of wedge plugs, ball valves, and shaped objects in accordance with the requirements of technical documentation.

LLC “Oil & gas equipment factory” uses welding technologies, welding equipment and materials which are certified according to the National Agency of Non-Destructive Testing and Welding requirements (NAKS).

Omskevaluation center of Western Siberian region makes the qualification testing of welders and welding production specialists.

All incoming materials undergo 100% inspection test to see if they possess all necessary certificates and if they conform to requirements of technical documentation, also there are chemical composition check and mechanical tests of raw materials.

The technical control service effects during the production on:
• 100% control of the parts conformity to design and technical documentation;
• monitoring of the quality of the product on all steps of production process;
• daily inspections of technical discipline.

The laboratory specialists exercise the quality control over the production using the following methods of control.

Non-destructive methods:
• X-ray testing;
• ultrasonic detection, wall thickness test and hardness testing;
• dye penetrant inspection;
• visual and measurement control;
• thickness control of galvanic and lacquer coatings;

Destructive methods:
• spectral analysis of ferrous and nonferrous metals for all alloying elements and impurities;
• chemical analysis of steels and cast irons on the carbon content;
• mechanical tests;
• flexural impact test room and cold temperatures;
• Brinell’s and Rockwell’s hardness testing;
