“Oil & gas equipment factory” offers new product — high-pressure ball valve DN 50-700 PN 20-80 MPa for aggressive fluid.
High-pressure ball valves are intended for use as locking devices on main, process pipelines, and other equipment with explosive zones of all classes according to the Rules of Electrical Facilities Maintenance, in regions with seismic activity up to 9 points on a 12-point scale MSK-64.

Operating fluid: liquid, gaseous aggressive and middle aggressive with the temperature from -60 ° C to +425 ° C, with a high content of hydrogen sulphide, methanol.

Climatic category: HL1 (ambient temperature from -60 ° C to + 50 ° C, operating on the open air).

Leak-proofness: A, GOST R 54808-2011.

Construction of flow section of the body: a free pass (providing the passage of cleaning and diagnostics devices).

At the Customer’s request it is possible to produce and supply above-ground valves, with collapsible body, with counter flanges, with the drill spool adaptors with set of spare parts, with the use of other types of steels, drive types, sizes and other operating pressures.
Installation position of valves on the pipeline: for valves with a nominal diameter of DN 300 – any position, except the drive down on a horizontal as well as a vertical pipeline, for valves with a nominal diameter of more than DN 300 — drive up with a deviation from vertical no more than 10 °C on a horizontal pipeline.

Durability: 30 years.

Warranty period: 24 months from the date of putting into operation, but not more than 36 months from the date of the shipment.
High pressure ball valves are made of all-welded body, with fixed to foundation stop plug, spindle with sealing assembly.

At the Customer’s request, the whole range of ball valves “Oil & gas equipment factory” can equip with electric drive or pneumatic drive of Russian and foreign manufacturers.

LLC “Oil & gas equipment factory” has developed and improved the construction of the ball valve with internal piping. The special feature of the construction is that the flushing water supply pipeline and pipelines filling the valve structurally locates inside the body of the ball valve and its crane pillar.
This construction helps to protect pipelines against external mechanical impacts during transportation, loading and unloading, installation and operation.
Valve can be used with the mechanical (manual) drive, electric drive, gas-over-oil drive(GOD), as well as with electrohydraulic drive (EHD).

Wedge plug

Wedge plug

LLC “Oil & gas equipment factory” produces wedge plugs, meeting the requirements of Russia and international standards. Wedge plug is a necessary part of oil and gas pipelines. Wedge plugs are widely used in main pipeline constructions and applied in pipelines with diameters from 50 to 1200mm.
Recommended installations position of wedge plugs on horizontal – drive upwards. Possible to install wedge plugs up to DN 400mm in inclined position on horizontal and vertical pipelines. Also there must be provided additional support under the body frame of electric drive or reducer.
The advantage of wedge plugs is low flow friction characteristics (from 0,08 to 0,2) and it makes them irreplaceable in pipelines with fast-moving liquids.
Wedge plugs are used as lock-up devices on pipeline midstream transportation:
- for water, steam, oil and liquid non-aggressive oil products for plugs made of steel 20L, 20GML,20GSL with temperature up to +425 °С;
- for natural gas with temperature up to +120 °С;
- for plugs made of steel 12H18N9TL, 12H18N12МZТL with temperature up to +565 °С;
- for oil and oil products with temperature up to +80 °С;
- for water, steam, oil and liquid non-aggressive oil products with temperature up to +300 °С;
- for liquid ammonia and ammonia gas with temperature up to + 200 °С;

Production. The production is carried out in accordance with Technical specifications 3741- 102-94723130-2007, Technical specifications 3741-101-94723130- 2006.

Order and delivery. At the Customer’s request wedge plugs can be delivered with counter-flanges or without them in accordance with GOST standard 12821-80. It is possible to produce pipeline passage, counter-flanges and other parts of the wedge plug differ from the serial manufacturing.
In requests and orders it is necessary to indicate full name of the product, rated diameter of rated pipeline passage, schedule pressure, operating environment, operating environment temperature, climatic category, type of connection to pipeline, control type, necessity of electric drive and counterparts delivery, as well as spare parts, tools and accessories.

Parallel-slide valve

LLC “Oil & gas equipment factory” started to produce parallel-slide valves meeting the requirements of Russian and international standards. Parallel-slide valves are used in construction of main pipelines and pipelines with diameter from 300 to 1200 mm, designed for work under pressure from 1,6 to 16,0 MPa for oil and oil products as a lock-up device for operating environment flow blockage in main pipelines and in oil-products pipelines, in technological plans of pumping stations and tank batteries with operating environment temperature from -15°C to +80°C.
Parallel slide valves work well in practice on main pipelines and other oil and oil products pumping processing trains. The construction of the parallel slide valve is focused on optimization of maintainability which allows minimizing material costs and time spending on medium repairs without cutting of body frame out of pipeline. Full-opening parallel-slide valve allows cleaning units and diagnostic devices get through it.
As against analogues, the parallel-slide valve provides leak-proofness of the flap by both entering and outgoing sides. At that construction of the product ensures off-loading of the interior of the parallel-slide valve when pressure in it increases out of control more than operating environment pressure at inlet side.
The factory produces parallel-slide valves with electric drive control and manually operated for underground and ground-based installation.
It is possible to complete the parallel slide valves with electric drives of different manufacturers.
It has butt-welding or flanged connection to the pipeline. It is possible to produce the parallel-slide valve suitable for the pipe size mentioned by the customer.
There are doubtless advantage of parallel-slide valves — low flow friction characteristics (0,1), which is equal to resistance head. The possibility of flap self-locking when temperature drops is reduced to zero. “Soft” packing-off minimizes possibility of flap scoring and as a result increases durability of the product without loss of leak-proofness.

Leak-proofness: Leak-proofness grade “A” in accordance with GOST standard 9544-2005.
